Empowering SME owners with managerial and marketing skills to enhance their knowledge and improve their overall performance with the aim to contribute to the NDP.
The project team follows a specific methodology whereby a need analyses is done to measure impact and develop strategies for sustainable growth first. The outcome of the needs analysis then determines the interventions prepared for a specific group.
