| Purpose: The purpose of the module Public Financial Accountability is to impart comprehensive and systematic knowledge about the design, implementation and evaluation of internal control systems, risk management, cost management, financial planning based on Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), budget integration and analysis, performance management as well as financial and performance reporting in the South African Public Sector.
