| Purpose: Qualifying students can combine theoretical and practical knowledge in order to achieve successful project management. This includes using key project management concepts, control tools and techniques for project planning, execution and monitoring to effectively lead the team towards project management success. Students are also able to address complex problems and find evidence-based solutions to perform more effectively in a project-based business work environment in the South African context. |
