| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to give students a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the project management philosophy and profession and to equip the student to be a project manager. The module combines key project management terms, concepts, facts, practices, knowledge areas (based on the PMBOK) and project management processes using practical examples and assignments, to enable the student to apply the skills needed in order to perform more effectively in the contemporary project environments in the South African context. |
