| Purpose: Qualifying students can combine theoretical and practical knowledge to achieve successful project management. This includes reviewing modern project management, applying organisation strategy and project selection, and analysing the role of organizational structure and culture of current and prospective projects in the South African context. Students are also able to define the project, estimate project times and costs, develop a project schedule, manage risk, schedule resources, and reduce the project duration in a business environment. Students can also exhibit being an effective project manager that manages project teams and interorganizational relations to lead the team towards project management success |
