| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to enable students with knowledge and skills related to the theoretical concepts and practical skills of the strategic rolw of production and oparations management; including further aspects with regards to the design, planning and control ans improvement of the product/operations management system in organisations. Students will be able to strategically and practically apply their knowledge in the work place. Case studies will be provided to simulate the application of production and operations management principles. |
