Purpose: This module intends to equip students with the competencies required to manage, evaluate and suggest changes to the performance management practices of an organization. It will be useful to students who need to develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the complete performance management system and process in order to effectively direct the performance of employees and ultimately also the performance of the organization.
