Purpose: After completing this module, students will be able to analyse and interpret the hierarchical placement of personnel in the public sector. Students will have the ability to engage with scholarly literature and case studies relevant to organisational structure and design, organisational dynamics, development and change, and the relationship between the public sector organisation and its environment.
