| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to provide students with knowledge and insights so that they can understand human behavior in the workplace from an Afrocentric perspective. It contributes to the better management of people from an Afrocentric perspective and will help individuals to develop their full potential in the world of work as managers and employees, which will contribute towards their employability in organisations in Africa. IOP2602 is one of the compulsory modules for a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, because it provides students with the necessary background to allow them to continue with their studies up to master's level. |
