Purpose: This module will be useful to students who need to develop a sound understanding of, and ability to engage in various aspects of labour relations management in South African organisations. Students credited with this module are able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the key aspects of labour relations management at the workplace level in South African organisations, the ability to make relevant decisions and implement appropriate practices in this regard. Students have some awareness of how labour relations management practices relate to the broader field of human or employment relations and business management. Students need internet access for this module.
