| Purpose: of this module is to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to undertake a basic scientific ressearch project. This involves planning, executing and compiling a scientific project. A project requires the development of a research proposal with appropriate methods and grounded scientific literature appropriate for the proposed research project. Students are expcted to identify a suitable research area, choose a topic, write a proposal, execute the project as proposed and write up a scientific report.
