Pre-requisite: ETP2601
Purpose: The purpose of the learning is to empower students with the competencies (knowledge, values and skills) to be entrepreneurial within different levels of management in either their own businesses or in a corporate environment. This module will be useful to students who want to develop and manage their own entrepreneurial business enterprise; and / or a section of a department in an existing business / or share expert knowledge. Successful students would be able to act as change agents ensuring that business entities not only have the competitive edge through new products, services and processes, but lead to companies being more effective and efficient. Entrepreneurial businesses will contribute towards employee satisfaction and retention. Qualifying students will develop competencies which will enable them to contribute positively to job creation, and the overall economic development which is one of th key priority of the National development goals of the country.
