Purpose: Students will be able to apply an integrated knowledge of an industrial psychological approach to employment relations by contextualising labour relations in terms of its historical, socio-political, socio-economic and legal environments, amongst others. Students will be able to address complex local and global employment related problems through effective management of employment relations issues, including conflict resolution and negotiations in the workplace.
