| Purpose: The students who achieve the module outcomes will be able to use relevant theories and apply appropriate career management skills to advice on and facilitate career guidance and counselling to individuals at different life/career stages in order to improve individual and organisational performance. They will be able to analyse and propose necessary, relevant and ethically-sound interventions to address the complex career- and family-related issues that individuals face in organisations. They will be able to advice on the development and facilitation of employee well-being and talent management programmes. | |||
