| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to provide students with the competencies to analyse and evaluate a range of problems in traditional areas as well as contemporary fields of chemical engineering using fundamental scientific principles. The knowledge obtained in this module will enable the students to define and apply key chemical concepts, theories and relationships in relation to chemical process analysis.
