Students registered for this module will go through production of assorted crops and farm animal species from "farm to floor." This means that students who will be registered for GPM3702 will be expected to be embedded in a farming environment where they will plan, produce, harvest and grade assorted crops and farm animals whilst supervising at least one sub-ordinate under the guidance of an experienced Mentor. Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to work as semi-experienced farm managers who will simultaneously engage in supervision of subordinates and farm production whilst maintaining consistency with principles of profitable "Good Agricultural Practices" (GAP).
