Inhouse lawyers, entrepreneurs and anyone involved in the drafting of contracts

Admission requirements:

Senior Certificate or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification; any relevant practical experience in legal or related environment; any professional whose work involves contracts, or anyone in the legal professional industry. Post matric legal studies would be an added advantage.

SCDFT10 - Drafting of Contracts

Syllabus/Content The course entails a practical course with its focus on developing key knowledge and skills required by professionals when negotiating and drafting contracts that involve laws, parties and business. Contract drafting, interpretation and negotiation is a crucial part of any institution/organisation (public and private) and the ability to draft effective, readable, non-ambiguous contracts is a valuable skill. The course enables students to draft well structured, practical, clear and concise contracts.
