Limited space is available in the Main Library for study purposes.
Study carrels are available free of charge to master's and doctoral students. Other students pay R15.00 per day for the use of these study carrels. If it's hired for longer than a week the cost is R7.50 per day. Study carrels have to be reserved and the keys collected from the Issue Desk. Please notethat the study carrels are used at the student's own risk.

The General Information Desk has 30 lockers available for the use of clients in the Main Library. These lockers are available free of charge for short-term use and can be locked. Clients wanting to make use of a locker can arrange this at the Information Desk. No advance bookings can be made. Lockers are allocated on a first come, first served basis every day
