Susan Coetzee is an Associate Professor. She has been involved in Education Law for the past seventeen years. With qualifications in both the education and law fields, her main academic and research interest is education law. Her current research focus is sexual misconduct, pregnancy and sexual rights. She is a member of the executive committee of the Interuniversity Centre for Education Law and Policy (CELP) and also a member of the South African Education Law Association (SAELA). She has published in accredited journals and successfully supervised several Master’s and Doctoral students. She regularly acts as a referee for accredited journals and as external examiner for various universities in both education and law disciplines.
