Formed in 2014 as part of the new College of Accounting Sciences, the Department of Financial Governance is a principal branch of the College’s SAICA-endorsed CTA programme. It incorporates the disciplines of Financial Accounting and Auditing – divisions of learning that assist the various systems of management and report on progress, hence the term ‘financial governance’.
