Purpose statement:

The Short Course has been designed to assist employees and
organisations to improve the quality of work-related writing in English.
It addresses writing skills and different formats of communication
for different purposes. It is specifically aimed at developing and
improving business writing skills in English. Writing is an important
aspect of business and employees at various levels require guidance
in writing effective documents. Our focus is on the appropriate use of
language in business documents
