Content:
Core principles of leadership that lay a good foundation on which organisations can thrive.
Leadership and management issues for coping with changes required for management practices
Promoting compliance with the Bill of Rights as provided for in the Constitution, in the application of organisational practices
General administration theories to assist leaders, managers, academics, policy implementers, administrators and other interested stakeholders cope with changes in administration practices
Government (national, provincial and local), parastatals and private organisations, policy articulation and implementation
introduce ethics theories at individual, group and organisational levels for understanding ethical behavioural practices by examining organisational principles.
