Covid-19 celebratory ceremonies
Unisa intends to host celebratory graduation ceremonies for all 2020/2021 students who missed an opportunity to graduate formally as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions. The celebratory graduations will only be held in Pretoria on 30 September, and on 1 and 2 October 2025.
Please note: Only degree (including doctoral, master's and honours degrees), postgraduate diploma and three-year diploma candidates may attend.
Spring graduation ceremonies
The Spring graduation ceremonies will take place from 13 to 28 October 2025 and will be presented in 7 regions: Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, East London, Mbombela, Polokwane and Bloemfontein. Click here for the contact information of the Division: Graduations.
Audit process after completing a qualification
There is an audit process for every final-year student's academic record. Upon completion of the audit process, the university issues the student with a confirmation of completion of their qualification, together with an official statement of results. If a student has not received any information regarding the completion of their qualification, they must please send an e-mail to DSAR-FIAudit@unisa.ac.za
