If you are still struggling with accessing myUnisa and your myLife email account, book a one-on-one session with trained staff who can assist you with access to MyUnisa and your MyLife email account. This consultation will be online on MS Teams.

To quickly get started with your Microsoft 365 account for academic purposes, you can enrol for a free OER on the Unisa Massive Open Online Couse (MOOC) platform.
By completing the OER, you will learn about the following:

How to use MS Word Online (including an assignment template)
