Unisa January registration

The university of South Africa (Unisa) acknowledges the disruptions which happened at the Sunnyside campus, and as a result, the students were not able to register as they had hoped. The University would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. The University Management had a meeting with the stakeholders to discuss issues that led to the closure. Those issues were discussed with the structures involved and were finalised. As a result Unisa remains open for registration. The University further commits itself to ensuring that all concerns raised are addressed to create a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

We would like to encourage the students to register online as this platform is fully functional. To date, of the 195 000 students registered, about 75% have registered online. We would like to encourage students who have been offered space by the university to respond within two days.

We further urge students to ensure that they enter their correct details to ensure full completion of their registration. Finally, please take note of the banking details below.
