Department of Employment and Labour visit to Unisa Sunnyside campus

Department of Employment and Labour outreach

All students are invited to the Department of Employment and Labour visit to the Sunnyside campus from 19-21 February 2025. 

The Department of Employment and Labour will:

• Register students in the workseekers database system (Employment Services of South Africa).
• Provide employment counselling to students who might need counselling in career choice; CV writing; Job Interview and Work Ethics.
• Answer any questions that students might have regarding Public Employment Services.

Venue: Es’kia Mphahlele building, Sunnyside campus

Date and time: 19-21 February 2025 from 9:00-14:00

What should you bring with you?

 A hard copy or electronic copy of your CV.

Special event on 20 February for law graduates

Graduates with National Diplomas or Bachelor’s degrees in LLB, BCom Law, BA Law and Labour Law are invited to an information-sharing session on 20 February. DoEL will be available to assist these students with employment and labour information.

Venue: Directorate: Counselling and Career Development (DCCD) Training room (1st floor, Es’kia Mphahlele building)
