Share your digital entrepreneurship story

The active engagement of youth in social media has seen a rise in online entrepreneurship to rise above the dual challenges of poverty and unemployment. Are you a Unisa student or one of our alumni who runs and promotes your business online?

For consideration to be featured on our news and social media channels, send your story and pictures with the subject line Youth and the digital economy to younisa@unisa.ac.za.

Your email must contain the following information:

• Your name and surname, and Unisa student number.
• The course for which you are registered (or have completed, in the case of alumni).
• The nature of your business and why you started it.
• Which aspect(s) of learning online at Unisa, or your course content in general, assisted you in running a successful online business.
• Advice to other Unisans who may wish to start participating in the digital economy.
