Develop quality systems, processes, procedures, quality assurance measures and standards and tools for:

  • the facilitation of learning
  • the management and administration of tutorial services

Create mechanisms to facilitate collaboration between academic staff, regional tutorial staff, tutors and other stakeholders.
Co-ordinate and manage processes and systems for enabling students to gain  access to computers and internet facilities by identifying and contracting with various telecentres throughout the country.
Provide enabling systems, processes and resources for academics to manage experential learning, such as work-integrated learning.
