Unisa re-opened applications on 15 January 2018 for first-time entering undergraduate students as a result of extended funding opportunities available to first-time entering students.
While the deadline for applications was 30 January 2018, Unisa offices will still accept applications from first-time entering students until Wednesday 31 January 2018.

The deadline for semester 1 modules for re-registering students and students who successfully applied for admission in 2017 for the 2018 academic year has been extended to Friday 2 February 2018. This includes modules for the CAS honours and postgraduate diploma qualifications. The final date for initial minimum payments (so that your registration can be finalised) is also Friday 2 February 2018.

Applicants who applied for admission during the extended application period in 2018 and who received confirmation that their application has been accepted may register for the 2018 academic year until 2 February 2018. If you are unable to register by 2 February 2018, you may then register from 12 to 20 February 2018. The final date for initial minimum payments (so that your registration can be finalised) is 20 February 2018.

The registration deadline for year modules remains 30 March 2018 for honours degrees, postgraduate diplomas, master’s and doctoral qualifications.
