Update: All Unisa graduation ceremonies are cancelled

• Due to the Covid-19 pandemic followed by lockdown and the cancellation of all Autumn graduation ceremonies, Unisa was unable to print certificates for completed degrees, diplomas and higher certificates. Unfortunately, staff have not yet returned to the office to resume with the printing of certificates.
• All students who would have attended Autumn graduation ceremonies will be informed via SMS as to when their certificates will be ready for collection or couriered
• The certificates for students who have completed postgraduate certificates, 1 or 2-year diplomas/certificates will be couriered.
• We once again encourage students to ensure that all their addresses and mobile numbers are updated/correct on the Unisa system.

 The statement you have received is a legal document that can be produced as proof of completion, pending receipt of your certificate.
