Update on Vodacom Data Provisioning Glitch

The ICT Portfolio would like to inform you that Vodacom, our Mobile Network Operator, has experienced a system glitch on its Data Provisioning platform. This has affected the loading of data for some Unisa students.

A portion of students have already been successfully provisioned, and Vodacom’s technical team is working around the clock to resolve the issue for the remaining students.

We will share confirmation once the process has been fully completed.

The ICT Portfolio sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your patience during this time.
