Unisa supports eligible students with examination data, subject to a valid registered cellphone number

Unisa is committed to supporting students with data during examination periods. Data is provisioned to students admitted for exams.

For students to receive data, please ensure that 

• your current cellphone number is correctly registered on the student system. 
• the cellphone number is not connected to home routers.
• the cellphone number is active on the network.
• the cellphone number is RICA-compliant.
• the cellphone number is not be part of a higher contract package with your service provider.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct cellphone number is updated on the student system.

Should you wish to make changes to your cellphone number, please complete the DSAR03 form and return it, together with a copy of your ID or passport as proof of identification, to dataqueries@unisa.ac.za
