ICT has been investigating the reported service outage that is affecting internet services, including Microsoft Teams and Office 365. The intermittent service outage has been identified as a national/global issue affecting all internet service providers.
The problem is related to an internet exchange provider that provides communications to all Internet Service Providers nationally.
Unisa and our service providers have tried unsuccessfully to get more information from the internet exchange provider at this time and will continue to engage with them.
