The official university statement you received confirming completion of your qualification is a legal and valid document which can be produced as proof of completion, pending receipt of your degree/diploma certificate.
Autumn graduation certificates
All certificates for the Autumn graduation ceremonies have been couriered.
The university has been made aware of instances where certificates for certain students have, unfortunately, been delivered to incorrect students, for which we sincerely apologise. We are addressing these cases with the assistance of the relevant courier service provider who will collect the incorrect certificates and deliver the correct certificates.

Spring graduation certificates
All certificates will be couriered within 15 working days after the ceremony. Please ensure that your cellphone number and courier address are correct on the system.
Important: Please do not use any Unisa regional office, your school or work address (if you have not yet returned to the office) as your courier address.
