If you are writing exams and want to receive data, please urgently ensure that Unisa has your correct cellphone number

Unisa will extract another student list on 15 October 2025 to accommodate students who have been admitted for exams after the data was loaded on 1 October 2025.

For students to receive data,

• please ensure that your current cellphone number is correctly registered on the student system.
• the cellphone number should not be connected to home routers.
• the cellphone number must be active on the network.
• the cellphone number must be RICA-compliant.
• the cellphone number should not be part of a higher contract package with your service provider.  

Please be reminded that it is the student's responsibility to ensure that the correct cellphone number is updated on the student system.

Should you wish to make changes to your cellphone number, please complete the DSAR03 form and return it, together with a copy of your ID or passport as proof of identification, to dataqueries@unisa.ac.za
