Have you recently lost your cellphone or changed your cellphone number? You might not be able to get into your Unisa account
If you have updated your contact information, especially if you have changed your cellphone number without notifying the university, you will not be able to receive authentication messages. 

Affected students must download the DSAR03 form, complete it, and e-mail it, along with a copy of your ID or passport, to myLifeHelp@unisa.ac.za The subject line of your e-mail should be "Update my number".
