Dr Neema Florence Mosha is a dedicated scholar and information professional specializing in research data management (RDM) services within higher education institutions. With a Ph.D. in Information Science, she is advancing her expertise in RDM through the development of Data Management Plans (DMPs) and the use of research data repositories (RDRs) for storing research data generated by researchers and scholars. Her focus on implementing ICTs in academic settings allows her to create platforms that facilitate the sharing and reuse of research data. A strong advocate for open science, Dr. Mosha has significantly contributed to the development of the open research data community in Tanzania. Currently, she serves as a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Interdisciplinary Research and Graduate Studies (SIRGS), under the mentorship of Prof. Patrick Ngulube. Her commitment to rigorous research and active engagement with the scholarly community positions her as a leader in RDM and its applications.
