The Stanford Graduate School of Business is looking for high-potential CEOs/founders for the Seed Transformation Program. This 10-month program, which takes place both in-person and online, is for business owners in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia with annual revenue between US $300,000 and $15 million who are looking to grow their companies.
Stanford's world-renowned faculty and team of experts work with leaders and their senior management team throughout the journey to growth. The program is highly subsidized by philanthropic contributions, and scholarships are available.
Looking at the data on outcomes following the program, self-reported surveys indicate that 75% of past participants increase their revenue; 34% expand into new geographies; and cumulatively, they have raised over $1 billion USD in capital.
