ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
There are few training courses on advanced strategic management, especially those with a focus on corporate-level strategy in the multi-business corporation. The PASM was developed to assist senior and middle managers to understand and integrate advanced strategic management requirements for organisational value, sustainability and success. The programme aims to equip students with advanced knowledge, skills and attitudes in strategic management, including strategic intelligence and analysis, strategic decision-making, managing change and strategic risk management.
