A supply chain management specialist and operations researcher (applied mathematician) with a vast experience in supply chain management, mathematical modelling (quantitative techniques for business analysis) and application of operations research to business processes optimisation and project management.

More than 25 years practical experience in these fields. With more than 80 successful MBL & MBA & BSc (Hon) research supervision to completion of topics ranging from mathematical modelling of procurement, logistics, supply chain management – (with emphasis on vulnerability &resilience, enterprise supplier development, competitiveness, and risk management) problems, and project management.

Mr Ozias Ncube has published widely in local and international journals and presented more than 30 papers in local and international conferences about operations research, supply chain management, procurement and logistics.

Extensive experience in academic management as (1) an Area Head (Chair of Department) of Management Systems Area, (2) programme manager and (3) programme leader.
