How to submit your proposal

We invite submissions that respond to any of the categories below:

Utilitarian and functional objects such as benches that would occupy and/or create rest areas. Preferably, these objects should be made from recycled materials.
Mosaic work
Painterly work suitable to outdoor installation
Permanently installed sculptural installations
Works that employ solar powered lighting and or moving mechanical components made from recycled materials in some way
Movable design objects that constitute a game of sorts
Works that interact with others – for example a sculptural piece that provides shade to a selected area where people choose to sit/rest
Works that in some way respond to or enhance the existing architecture and architectural detailing of the site
Pieces that embody notions of play or playfulness (as an incentive to prompt public interaction or in the iconography/subject matter of the work)
We encourage interdisciplinary collaborative initiatives between art, science, engineering, design and technology
