Short biography

Dr Tumba Tuseku Dieudonné is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Thabo Mbeki African School of Public and International Affairs, University of South Africa. He holds a PhD in Political Sciences from the University of South Africa, where he also completed his MA in Politics. He has served as a facilitator in the Pan-African Programme on Managing Democratic Elections in Africa, at the University of South Africa. He also previously worked as a Junior Lecturer at the University of Kinshasa.

Dr Tumba was involved in election observation missions in Lesotho, South Africa, Congo Brazzaville and DR Congo. He is a member of the South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM) and the International Political Science Association (IPSA).
