Ms Jaye Richard Hill
Microsoft Senior Education Director (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa)
Jaye Richard-Hill currently lead Microsoft’s Education business across Central, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She worked in education, training and business leadership for over thirty years and her value-add is with education and assessment reform, and system-level digital transformation through building credible and expert relationships with education system leaders around the world.
She is results-driven with demonstrable success in leadership, sales, cloud technology, project/program management and business development roles, achieved through building and motivating effective v-team, channel and stakeholder networks, often across industry and technical verticals.
She is a challenging and disruptive conference speaker and although she is actively curious about anything which has the potential to support education improvement across the world, particularly in the developing and emerging countries and areas, I think a large dose of creative subversion needs to be used when applying education reform policy and research in schools and universities.
She has a special interest in public education policy hermeneutics - understanding and interpreting policy through multiple lenses. Resident in South Africa and United Kingdom.
