An Indico account is required. New users should create and verify an account before opening the direct registration form.
The latest concept note lists the same fees for attendees and presenters.
The concept note labels the fee schedule as proposed and includes an instruction to confirm the fee structure. Finance approval should be obtained before the amounts are treated as final public fees.
New Indico conference management system
New users create and verify an account first. Every participant then registers for the conference. Contributors submit an abstract only after completing conference registration.
Enter your email address, complete the CAPTCHA, verify the email message and finish your Indico profile.
Sign in, complete the registration form, select in-person or virtual attendance and submit the form.
Open the Call for Abstracts, choose Submit new abstract, complete the required fields and submit before the deadline.
