Unisa will accept applications for the 2017 fee adjustment (missing middle) grant from 1 to 8 August 2017.
In November 2016, the Minister of Higher Education and Training announced that Government would subsidise the fee adjustment for all qualifying registered students with a combined family income of up to R600 000 per annum in 2017. If approved, this subsidy will be in the form of a grant (not a loan), which will reflect on the student's fee account. The fee adjustment (missing middle) grant will cover the difference between Unisa's 2016 and 2017 student fees.
