Call for nominations: EDHE DVC Award for exceptional institutional support for entrepreneurship development in 2021

As you might be aware, the annual EDHE Awards 2021 is scheduled to take place on Friday 19 November 2021 as a blended event, live-streamed on the EDHE Student Entrepreneurship Facebook page from the Premier Hotel, OR Tambo. On the occasion, the following awards will be made:

• The four category winners of the EDHE Entrepreneurship Intervarsity 2021;
• Sponsored prizes from SAB foundation for the Social Impact Category winners
• EDHE Studentpreneur of the year 2021;
• Winning university of the EDHE Entrepreneurship Intervarsity 2021;
• Best institutional contribution to the national #SEW2021;
• Recognition of remarkable contributions to entrepreneurship development in universities during the Covid-19 pandemic; and importantly
• The coveted special EDHE DVC Award is in recognition of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor who has facilitated exceptional institutional support for entrepreneurship development in 2021.

We hereby invite any staff and students from the 26 public universities in SA to nominate the DVC whom they consider to be most deserving of the EDHE DVC Award by completing the attached form and submitting it to tiny@usaf.ac.za before 9:00 on Friday 12 November 2021.
