Dave Fenton is Assistant Director of External Relations in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). He leads a team supporting Management’s accredited co‑operative education program and The BRIDGE innovation center, delivering 3,000 work‑integrated learning (WIL) experiences annually across 42 courses and supporting 40 entrepreneurs.

Since 2020, his team has partnered with the African Impact Initiative to deliver the African Impact Challenge, benefiting over 5,000 entrepreneurs across Sub‑Saharan Africa. Dave sits on AII’s Executive Committee, recognized by the UN for youth‑led impact.

He has published widely, won Best Paper at WACE (2025), and holds a Master of Education from OISE. He is pursuing a PhD at Cambridge on entrepreneurial capability in universities.
