The Lecture will be delivered by His Excellency, The President of the Republic of South Africa, Mr Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, a former member of the South African Students Organisation (SASO), and the Black People's Convention (BPC), in commemoration of the 41st Anniversary of the death in detention of Bantu Stephen Biko.
