The Founder and Executive Trustee of the Steve Biko Foundation, Mr Nkosinathi Biko and the Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of South Africa (UNISA) Professor Mandla Makhanya, cordially invite you to the 20th Annual Steve Biko Memorial Lecture on the 12th September 2020 at 17:30 to be given virtually. The lecture will be conducted by the Reverend Al Sharpton, Activist, Author, Academic, Minister, Founder of the National Youth Movement and the National Action Network, and currently the face of the globally resurgent #BlackLivesMatter movement, to mark the 43rd Commemoration of the murder in detention of Bantu Stephen Biko.
