Short biography

Kgabo started his career at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) as a Chemical Engineering Technologist, he then joined Volkswagen South Africa as a Junior Industrial Engineer, moved to South African Post Office as an Industrial Engineer, moved to Gauteng Manufacturing Advisory Centre (Now Gauteng Enterprise Propeller) as an Industrial Advisor.

He then moved to Pyromet Technologies as a Process Engineer, moved to National Economic Development & Labour Council (NEDLAC) as Trade & Industry Chamber Co-ordinator. He then re-joined South African Post Office as an Industrial Engineer, then promoted to Senior Manager Group Sustainability, then promoted to General Manager Value Added Services. He then left corporate after many years and joined UNISA in April 2019 to pursue his passion in life which is research and teaching.
